You're home for wrestling radio has finally arrived as your foundation of wrestling knowledge in 120 minutes is here. "Over The Ropes" is a professional wrestling/MMA radio show that started off from rather humble beginnings in the early days of November of 2007 and since then, has seen a meteoric rise that still exists to this day in June of 2010. It is a 2 hour live extravaganza, hosted by Nick Malone every Saturday night from 10PM to 12 AM and even includes a special, unedited, "OTR After Dark" special with its weekly callers, rambling on a number of topics. Over the years, I've had the honor and priveledge to interview some of the biggest stars in wrestling today, before they made it big and even some legends in this business that we all love. Names like former NWA legendary manager of the Midnight Express, Jim Cornette, Nigel McGuinness (when he was ROH world Champ in 2009) before he made the jump to TNA in 2009, also the list includes the likes of Jimmy Jacobs, Tyler Black, Chikara owner Mike Quackenbush, Larry Sweeney, Les Thatcher, to even "The Pope" D'Angelo Dinero, and so much much more.

The co-hosts have changed over the years that have joined me for this two hour thrill ride through the world of professional wrestling, but the passion to cover this great business and weekly episodic shows from TNA to WWE, to ROH and everything in between, still exists. I will be uploading all of the latest shows here to give you a taste of what it's like when you you listen to your foundation of wrestling knowledge in 120 minutes and then some.

Below, you can find our 2 latest shows including our special unedited After Dark specials. Over the next few days, I will attempt to upload any and all shows from our past, the good and the bad to show you just what it was like to listen to from 2007 all the way to now.

I thought I was done being surprised by the quality of stuff that happens here in FTW. This took it to a new level. Great work guys. I hope to be able to call in next saturday, are the times EST? Hey FTW, if you havent listened yet, what are you waiting for?

June 27th OTR After Dark is probably what most people on here would be interested in.

The first half hour is about MMA but the rest of the show covers FTW with some pretty in-depth analysis. Had a lot of fun doing this with Nick and Ryan.

Kind of wish there was a place to just listen to it without downloading.

I enjoyed it most when it revolved around Code VS Banks... cause I'm egotistical like that.

Everyone should talk about Code VS Banks more. Lots more...

(Also the rest of the show was pretty good.)

But yes folks, we have a good time doing Over The Ropes. I definitely enjoyed this week's show (mostly because I was on it and it flowed really smoothly) and I definitely enjoyed the After Dark segment with Nick and Rob because we really got to talk about FTW as a brand and speak to what we saw from the perspective of handlers and in Rob's case the people who are running the show, and I think it went really well.

Garrett. If you have the firefox web browser, you can download an add-on called Foxy Tunes and play the show directly from the megaupload site. you have to keep the window or tab open while it's playing and NOT have any other media playing while you're listening but other than that, you should be good to go.

And in case you're wondering, OTR is definitely rated PG, at times PG-13 but After Dark is definitely Rated R by the motion picture association of america. So if you have any little ears that you don't want to hear swearing, and a LOT of it, don't play After Dark until they go to bed.

And yes, we do say "fuck" a lot on After Dark. And occasionally "nipple".

Yep Luke, all times are EST. Which means it's easier for you folks all out on the left coast and the rest of the country while it's more difficult for more people to listen to it live like Harmony who lives all the way in England. Stupid time zones but here is where you can listen to it for free, anytime you want. I found that after trying to find any hubs that would offer my show space to load the show that it was too limited or wanted money. Megaupload is free for me so that works. I'm in the process of loading a good deal of shows now so the next time you see me post in this area, it'll deal with more of the recent variety, including some interviews!

That is only part of it thank you, it was a laugh anyway. Rob trying to piss Leigh off and Price taking ages to make a decision over anything was funny stuff.

I know I said the last time I posted in this area, that I'd post it with shows and with the last response being directed towards nothing, I apologize. But anyways, for the next few days, I will be posting 4 editions of OTR to give you guys more of a sample for the OTR product. 2 of which will be of course the regular "Over The Ropes" and "OTR After Dark" from more recent weeks, but I will also be posting an interview in its entirety from such and such date and also an "OTR Hidden Gem" aka a pre-recorded show compiling a top ten list of a different subject. I will be posting those "OTR Hidden Gem" episodes once a week but with that being said, I would appreciate it if you guys listened and gave feedback to them like you would tend to do with a promo because without you guys, I would really have no show or any reason to do this. I would if I could. The fiber-optic cables are jus a few miles down the raod, so they are coming. Only way I can get high speed is through a dish, and that is way too damned expensive......
