It’s a Small World After All
Letters falling across the sky from far and wide.
Concern looms as they await at the hometown hero to walk down that isle.
Face her gravest challenge.
She hobbles with the will of a warrior.
She’s brave enough to do things on her own merit.
She throws caution into the wind.
She risks it all in the name of her fallen Romeo.
Her intentions are noble,
But not wise.
When she gambles it all,
Her world crumbles.
She loves to bask in the moment.
That moment is my lust.
Standing outside of the Amway Arena, there was a certain calm before the rush of traffic that would storm onto this asphalt, and find a spot, precious enough to await their chance with history. Everything would be set into course before the biggest PPV of the summer. They would bring their signs, their noise makers, anything, to garner a small matter of attention as if their lives depended on it. They knew their support would be the catalyst to rallying a damaged Princess to slay this religious zealot. The adulation for a hometown hero didn’t factor into his mind. He had many reservations about Gabriella, and they both have had a tumultuous history as they’ve both managed to stand the test of time in this wrestling business. The roar of a loud engine in the parking lot of the Amway Arena then brought Nick back to earth.
Mr. Enigma: Why are we here?
A loud roar of the Monster Truck engine revved up even more as Nick looked beyond the Red Neck form of entertainment and tried to tell Mr. Enigma why as Mr. Enigma couldn’t hear a word Nick was saying since they were on the outside, looking in. The speakers placed right next to the duo.
Mr. Enigma: WHAT!?!?!
A feint attempt to garner his attention as Nick’s words fell onto a deaf ear until the Monster Truck did it’s damage to the pack of RV’s and campers. Mr. Enigma gripped onto the chain link fence until he could see blood coming from the tips of his fingers. The decibels were so loud that both Nick and now Mr. Enigma were trying to cover up their ears. They had set up base right outside of the venue but even this was a bit too much to handle if they were going to be talking to each other. Nick then signaled to Mr. Enigma to head back to the car so they could hear some silence for once. The slam of the car doors for a moment opened up a moment of silence so the ringing in their eardrums could cease.
Nick Malone: That’s better.
Mr. Enigma: I like destruction as much as the next guy, especially when I am the one creating it. I can’t understand why we’re watching this form of Redneck entertainment.
Nick swallowed one time and could hear the pop in his ear drums. His hearing returned and he didn’t look back at Enigma but rather, looking past the beer-bellied Orlando crowd. Looking past the Monster trucks, he just looked at what the Amway arena meant. In many ways, he was walking into the Champions home. He would be entering that building with a purpose and a message that would be sent loud and clear.
Nick Malone: That’s not why we’re here.
Mr. Enigma: Why does everything have to be so complicated with you Nick? There never is a simple explanation with you.
Nick Malone: I didn’t give you the money so we could watch cars crash into each other. I gave you the money out of the sincere benefit to pay towards Caladbolg’s new vocal chords after you rip them out. We’re just here to look at our field where we will wage the final battle before Boiling Point. Heat on us is at an all time high after what we did to the Ronin. I tried my hardest to extract that venom from his samurai soul but something makes me think that it didn’t work.
Mr. Enigma: We didn’t finish the job.
The overwhelming outpouring of emotion that Nick noticed after fans worldwide, saw Gabriella, in a state of pain was nothing new since they wanted to see her at her best physical shape. In alot of ways, this match to Nick would help legitimize his standing for a possible return match with Gabriella for the World Heavyweight Title or prove to the world just how much of a fraud she was. The admiration for her from the fans made him so sick that he felt like vomiting. It didn’t bother whether the fans cared about him or not because they were ignorant to what the Saints stood for. We all dealt with challenges of great difficulty, but it is under this adversity that our strength is truly tested. In this time of change, we show our courage and heart of a warrior to overcome those odds. Some survive. Others die.
Ignorance of the simpleton is my bliss.
In this circus, it may be all for show.
All for the dollar.
We understand the struggle.
We live through the sacrifice.
Our experiences make us stronger.
I attempt to lift the world on my shoulders to prove a point.
They point and laugh.
The nerves they have, shows their ignorance to the ongoing plight of society.
In this stage of life,
You’re the player.
I’m the game.
Nick weighed his options carefully and silently. He was sitting on a golden opportunity, but he didn’t want to wait and see for Gabriella to attack him and take her for granted, despite the injury. Both of them just watched the Monster Trucks crash into their pray as the acceleration lifted them up high into the air. They fell with great speed much to the delight of the Orlando Rednecks. They crashed down onto their pray below as one Debt Collector would all be needed to seal Gabriella’s fate, heading down to Miami as the heat would be turned all the way up. It was magical and a sight to behold as the dust would be settled inside the Amway Arena. This Princess would be no exception.
Nick Malone: I can see her world crumbling now. She’s unable to live up to their expectations for her but she doesn’t know how to handle this stress. There’s a simple way out but she can’t tuck her tail between her legs. She wants them to wish her the best of luck towards a match she knows she can’t win. Every card is stacked against her and how could she avoid having her chances flushed down the drain?
Mr. Enigma: Play monopoly?
Nick just laughed at those odds and knew her thimble could not pass go or collect 200 dollars. She was heading straight towards the consequences of dealing with the Saints. Maybe she could win a beauty contest and win 20 dollars since her looks could buy her a World Heavyweight Title.
Unable to launch.
Grounded for her own good.
She’ll never understand my love to see her suffer,
Until she feels it first hand.
In these final moments,
Our small worlds collide.
They hang off of our every word.
They sit on the edge of their seats.
Their eyes gaze in amazement at the action they see before them.
They will see justice prevail against their despair.
Her golden flight will be silenced.
Impact will be measured not by luck,
But, by my violence.
My magic is everywhere.
My skill in the flow shows the hope.
Destiny is here to stay in the corner of the Saints!
Nick Malone: Go fish.
Nick then rolled down his window to listen to the sounds of the roar of the engine. He could smell the exhaust as it only made his confidence that much stronger. Time was drawing near and for the Pepsi drinker, that rush was about to crash. Teamwork is better collectively than the efforts of one. Nick would show that the work of the Family outweighs the flash of the diva known as Gabriella.
Fin!
